The Process

Coaching ProcessWe start the coaching process with an intake session to identify your strengths and goals. We talk about the challenges or issues that may interfere with your progress. Together, we plan the structure and support that will help you bypass or overcome the challenges so you can move forward.

Adult and teen clients work with me weekly for 30-45 minutes, either in person or by phone or on Skype. We will work out mutually convenient times. During the week we keep in touch using e-mail, texts, or short phone calls to keep on top of actions taken and lessons you’ve learned from experience. This accountability gives us feedback about what works for you or what doesn’t. We continue to tweak the plan to move you toward your vision of success.
